Who we are

XN SYSTEMS, S.A.S. (“XN Systems”, “we”) operates this website and a set of internal tools, including the Google OAuth application XN Finance - Tools. Those tools are used only by XN Systems’ own operator, on accounts the operator owns or administers. They are not offered to the public.

What XN Finance - Tools accesses

With the account holder’s consent, the application uses the Gmail API to:

• read and manage the labels of the operator’s own mailboxes;
• read message metadata (sender, list and date headers, and for the operator’s own summaries, subject lines) to decide which label a message belongs to;
• apply labels to messages and archive them, without marking anything as read;
• download attachments such as bank statements, invoices and tax documents from the operator’s own mailboxes, for the operator’s own bookkeeping;
• send one weekly summary email to the operator.

How the data is used and stored

Data is processed only to organise the operator’s mail and keep the operator’s own financial and tax records. Results are stored on systems controlled by XN Systems. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train machine-learning models, and do not share it with third parties, except where the law requires it.

Google API Services User Data Policy

XN Finance - Tools’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Records are kept for as long as the operator’s bookkeeping and tax obligations require. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account’s third-party access settings; revoking it stops all further access immediately.

Changes to this policy

If we change how XN Finance - Tools accesses, uses, stores or shares Google user data, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect, and notify the affected account holders by email.

This website

xn-systems.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Its typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the visitor’s IP address under Google’s own privacy policy, and our hosting provider may keep standard server logs.
