3. Permitted use
3.1. The User may browse the Site and reproduce its content for personal and informational purposes, without modifying it and citing its source.

The User may not: (a) use the Site in a way that damages, overloads or prevents its operation; (b) attempt to access parts of the Site or XN Systems systems that are not open to the public; (c) extract the Site's content in bulk or by automated means for purposes other than reading it; or (d) use the name, logos or other distinctive signs of XN Systems in a way that suggests a relationship, sponsorship or endorsement that does not exist.
4. Intellectual property

This clause does not limit liability arising from wilful misconduct (dolo), which is enforceable in all obligations and cannot be excluded by agreement (Art. 2106 of the Federal Civil Code), nor any other liability the law does not allow to be excluded.
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data generated when browsing the Site is described in the Comprehensive Privacy Notice of xn-systems.com, published on the Site itself.

For their interpretation, performance and enforcement, the User and XN Systems expressly submit, under Article 1093 of the Commercial Code, to the jurisdiction of the competent courts sitting in Zapopan, Jalisco, or in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area, that being XN Systems' domicile. The User and XN Systems clearly and definitively waive any other venue that might correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile, or on any other ground. If the User turns out to be a consumer under applicable law, the non-waivable jurisdiction rules that apply shall prevail.
10. Language
These Terms are issued in Spanish. If XN Systems makes a translation available, the Spanish version is the only binding one.
